"Finally! Great BBQ in High Springs High Springs is definitely lacking as far as dining goes, so Gator Q's really fills a need. We have been there several times so far and the atmosphere is great. Very clean and inviting. The staff is top-notch and Bob is never to busy to engage in friendly conversation while zipping about the place. The food is incredibly good, with several meat choices and what seems like a dozen homemade sauces. The sides are all authentic and go along perfectly with the main courses.
